Paa
Plot: Paa is a 2009 Indian Hindi-language drama film that tells the heartwarming story of a young boy named Auro, who suffers from a rare genetic condition called progeria, which causes him to age rapidly. Auro, played by Amitabh Bachchan, is a witty and intelligent 12-year-old with the appearance of an elderly man. Despite his condition, Auro lives a happy life with his single mother, Vidya, who is a gynecologist. Vidya, played by Vidya Balan, is fiercely protective of Auro and does her best to ensure he has a normal childhood.
The story takes an emotional turn when Auro meets Amol Arte, a progressive politician, who is later revealed to be his biological father. Amol, portrayed by Abhishek Bachchan, had a brief relationship with Vidya during their college days, but they separated due to differing career ambitions. Unaware of Auro’s existence, Amol forms a bond with the boy, only to discover the truth about their relationship.
