Arbaaz was born to screenwriter Salim Khan and his wife Sushila Charak, later known as Salma Khan. He is the younger brother of superstar Salman Khan and actor-producer Sohail Khan. Growing up in a family deeply entrenched in the film industry, Arbaaz was exposed to the world of cinema from a young age, igniting his passion for the art form.
In 1998, Arbaaz married actress and model Malaika Arora, and the couple has a son named Arhaan Khan. After 18 years of marriage, they announced their separation in 2016 and were granted a divorce in 2017. Despite their separation, both Arbaaz and Malaika maintain an amicable relationship for the sake of their son.
