Ra.One (2011)
Ra: One of the first and well known examples a movies from Bollywood was adapted in to a video game called Ra. One. The Shah Rukh Khan science fiction superhero film translated well into the gaming genre. The game, titled Ra. G. One was the protagonist in a mobile game called One: Genesis, which pit him against antagonist Ra. One. Fans of the film enjoyed its blend of action and adventure, just like in the game.
Ghajini (2008)
Starring Aamir Khan, the psychological thriller Ghajini also took its share of gaming journey. The film, which told a gripping tale and saw an equally intense performance by Aamir Khan became the premise for a mobile game. Ghajini game was another popular among fans as it let players relive the hardcore action sequences of the film.
Krrish (2006)
Krrish was one among the most prominent superhero movie franchises in India, and its importance also resulted in several video games based on it. Krrish could let gamers step in the shoes of a superhero Krrish, to kill Villains & save peoples. The game was released on many platforms including mobile and PC, having most of the intense physicality seen in parts from such movie.
Don (2006)
Based on the 2006 remake of the classic and iconic Bollywood movie Don, which starred Shah Rukh Khan in a double role where one was that of an International Interpol Police Informant (Don) but being chased by The I.P. Paul emissary or DCP DeSilva by day; ended up inspiring several multi-player video game adaptations with this is perhaps though only console for release given it had mixture too!) including her crime-thriving own style adventure/action sport called ‘The Chase’ Began.’ In this game, you played as the famous Don and went through several action-packed strategy missions. One reason the game was especially popular is that it followed a story similar to the film.
Singham Returns (2014)
Singham Returns – Another Bollywood flick entered the gaming arena but this time Ajay Devgn’s action-packed film Singham was in centre. Player could engage into criminal underworld as fearless cop, Bajirao Singham in the game adaptation. The game was praised for its addicting gameplay and fast-paced action that did well to mirror the often hectic scenes seen in the film itself.
